The Challenge

The pioneer and premier online debate coaching platform in the United States approached us to help them with digital, advanced technology solutions. We identified some critical challenges that hindered their ability to deliver personalized coaching to K-12 students, undergraduates, and graduates. Fragmented legacy systems and manual, excel-based data entry created inefficiencies, communication gaps, and data silos. This further made it hard to manage enrollment, scheduling, and performance tracking. The lack of a streamlined system affected student engagement and operational scalability.

The Solution

We developed a low-code, no-code platform that helped the debate service provider move from an excel-based system to database management for streamlined workflows. The platform integrated enrollment, scheduling, performance tracking, and communication into one centralized system, replacing fragmented legacy workflows. Tailored specifically for the needs of public forum and Lincoln-Douglas debates, the platform enabled end-to-end registration management, real-time updates, and seamless integration with third-party systems. Our role as an engineering partner included platform re-engineering, website design enhancements, and customer service automation to elevate the user experience
