Role Summary
We are seeking a Solution Architect cum Technical Project Manager who has led enterprise-grade Java applications on AWS and driven modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can define architecture, lead cloud and transformation decisions, and own delivery governance while staying hands-on when needed. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. You will collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to modernize the existing Java and Angular application, manage BAU delivery, and build scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise systems.
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end modernization of the enterprise client application while managing BAU delivery.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Provide both technical architecture leadership and project governance.

- Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmap.
- Guide architectural decisions ensuring scalability and stability.
- Mitigate technical risks during transformation.

- Engage non-technical stakeholders with business-aligned communication.
- Own delivery plans, timelines, risks, and reporting.
- Ensure uninterrupted BAU delivery.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of fewer than 10 members.
- Ensure quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in software delivery and technical leadership roles.
- Strong Java and Angular application experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS environments.
- Proven modernization program leadership.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to MySQL HeatWave.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
- DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
