Walking down memory lane, we had a humble start
ten years back!
Our journey began in 2013 with “Ready to Deploy” training programs to train and place fresh engineering graduates in the IT industry. Yet, the talented students had to leave their hometowns, leaving behind their families to seek employment in bigger cities.
Thus, Techment envisioned building an IT ecosystem in small towns to harness local talent by evolving itself as a data and cloud service provider. Our small-town model offers customers a better cost-value proposition by building scalable, affordable, and efficient teams.
Over the years, Techment has registered promising growth and ventured into AI, data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and process automation. From a team of 3 engineers, we now have an engineering team of over 200, with offices in Bhilai (HQ), Indore (in India), Chicago, and Texas (in the US).
With a continuous succession of milestones, we aim to reach many more milestones together!

Raghu is exceptionally proficient in managing global teams in large organizations. He has an established track record of leadership in providing vision, direction, organization, and execution of technology strategy to achieve organization and business objectives on time and with high quality.
Raghu has extensive experience delivering on IT and Technology transformation goals while managing budgets between $100 – 500 MM in Fortune 500 organizations. He worked in diverse roles in senior positions and retired as a Senior Vice President, Digital Engineering and Tech Debt at Schneider Electric in March 2023.
