What has been your experience in Techment so far? (Intro)

Hi, my name is Sunil. During my three-year tenure at Techment, I have experienced a dynamic work culture that feels like home, surrounded by colleagues who are always willing to support each other.

What has been your experience as Quality Analyst Manager in Techment?

A QA needs to be technically competent, especially in testing, UI automation, and automation tools. This requires extensive knowledge of programming languages frequently used to write test scripts. Techment has always been supportive of upskilling its people.

Thus, I was able to expand my skill set in tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, JMeter, Blazemeter, Katalon, Testim, Cypress, RestAssured, Postman, SauceLabs, Pcloudy, BrowserStack, and an array of programming languages(c#, Java, Python, etc.), libraries, and frameworks. This enriched my expertise and bolstered my ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the QA domain.

Apart from this, it is common to see a lack of collaboration between development and testing teams at workplaces. But in Techment, teammates are easy to connect with, and they share knowledge irrespective of their domain. Their passion, dedication, and constant loyalty helps me cohesively collaborate with my team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. I found myself wholly absorbed in the Techment family as the connections and relationships transcended the professional realm.

What are the reasons that prompted you to return to your hometown?

After spending considerable time in a metropolis like Bengaluru, I realized the absence of a certain intangible essence that had been an integral part of my life – the warmth and familiarity of home. I always wanted to work in CG and stay near

home. I searched for options in and around CG, but to no avail. Luckily, I came across Techment, and the rest is history.

At Techment, the team emphasizes quality, timely delivery, and ethical conduct. Furthermore, the transparent work culture is a testament to the caliber of individuals who make up our team.
