Hi, I am Shraddha. I joined Techment Technology as an intern who had a desire to learn & explore. That’s when I stumbled upon an internship opportunity at Techment and from here my journey as Technology Consultant started.

1. What led you to land your initial job as a technology consultant?

Initially, as an intern at Techment, I was determined to make my mark, working diligently on projects and learning from the experienced professionals around me. This dedication eventually paid off, and I found myself transitioning from an intern to a full-fledged technology consultant.

I no longer felt scared of technology; instead, I found myself deeply interested in coding and solving challenges. The company’s supportive and inclusive culture played a significant role in boosting my confidence.

2. How did you feel about becoming a part of this industry as a woman?

Becoming a part of this industry as a woman filled me with mixed emotions. On one hand, I was excited to contribute my skills to a rapidly evolving field. On the other hand, I couldn’t ignore the challenges that I faced while dealing with technologies. As I started my work, I was welcomed with open arms by my supportive colleagues. They recognized my potential and treated me as an equal from day one.

Today, I stand tall as a technology consultant and grateful to the organization for the opportunities that allowed me to evolve and contribute to the ever-evolving world of technology.

3. For younger women aspiring to pursue a career in technology consulting, what advice would you give?

For younger women aspiring to pursue a career in technology consulting, my advice is to embrace challenges and never underestimate yourself. The tech industry is all about constant learning, so don’t hesitate to acquire new skills and knowledge. Surround yourself with mentors and allies who believe in your abilities and support your growth.

4. What you love the most about your job at Techment?
