1. What motivated you to pursue a career in this field, and what challenges have you faced along the way?
I had a keen interest in technology and a passion for solving problems creatively. This fascination led me to choose a career in the tech industry. I was fascinated by how innovative solutions and advancements in technology change people’s lives.
Finding the right platform to connect with mentees and identifying those in need of guidance proved to be a daunting task. Another challenge was the constant need to adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies which required dedication and the ability to learn quickly.
However, the supportive work culture & transparent work policies in Techment helped me tackle these challenges.
2. What would you suggest to aspiring women tech consultants to succeed?
My advice is to believe in your abilities and embrace your uniqueness and the diverse perspective you bring to the table. Continuous learning is paramount in the fast-paced tech industry, hence, stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
