What is the best thing about working at Techment?

The best thing I have experienced at Techment is an unparalleled learning experience! I have regular exposure to new challenges, but with the help of mentors, I have developed a habit of learning to overcome each impediment. Other things I appreciate most about working at Techment are the challenging and exciting projects, the opportunities for learning and development, the flexible work arrangements that enable a healthy work-life balance, and the collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. I joined Techment in 2015, and these 7 years have been years of learning, unlearning, growing, accepting, being grateful, and making friends.

What advice would you give to someone joining Techment?

Be happy to have landed in a great place! Techment brings diverse ideas and people together; there is great fun on the go. You will have a good time bonding with people here, and to make the most out of your promising career, you must be eager to learn. Also, being an active part of this organization, I have witnessed that Techment is absolutely a flat organization which gauges people at all levels on the same platform. You can share your ideas, concerns and feedback without any fear of retribution. This brings in a great sense of trust and respect between management and employees.
