Saba Anjum

Lead Quality Analyst

Tell us about your role and your journey with Techment so far.

Answer: Hi! I am Saba. I am a Computer Science graduate. In the final year of my engineering, I developed an interest in being a Quality Analyst owing to my keen observation and analytical skills. Thankfully, Techment was the first organization that opened the door for me and absorbed me as a Quality Analyst. Techment is indeed the best thing that has ever happened in my career. As a Quality Analyst, I am responsible for testing products, identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and providing recommendations to improve the quality. I enjoy working on different testing methodologies picking up other technical skills. As a Techmentian, the trust, love, and support I have got here makes me feel like a family. Techment is a second home to me. It’s an employee-centric organization that treats employees as its biggest asset.

How Techment supported you to overcome challenges that came in your professional role?

Answer: One of the most challenging phases was when we as a team worked on a new domain involving incorporating learning of multiple users’ behaviour. As a QA, I was supposed to test the application from a specially abled users perspective. The biggest challenge was to test and analyze the application from a specially-abled user’s perspective taking into account their behaviour and needs. This challenge turned out to be the biggest learning that added immensely to my growth as a professional. Thanks to my mentors and team leads who supported me and guided me in every step of the process.
