My journey to becoming a Lead QA at Techment has been a gradual and rewarding one. I started as a QA engineer, working diligently to understand the intricacies of software testing and delivering the best results. I was given opportunities to lead small testing teams, which allowed me to further refine my skills. The support and encouragement from my mentors and colleagues played a crucial role in my growth, guiding me toward the position of Lead QA.
