Hi, I am Drishti and I am a Sr. Quality Analyst at Techment. My role involves implementing and monitoring test scripts to evaluate the functionality, reliability, performance, and overall quality of the services or products we develop at Techment Technology.

1. What led you to your current role as Quality Analyst in Techment?

After completing my degree, I started my journey as a software tester in one of the organizations. After gaining some experience, I had the opportunity to join Techment Technology. The company’s reputation for fostering professional growth and providing a platform for women in tech to excel was truly inspiring.

Since the first day I joined Techment, I have had the privilege of working on complex projects with amazing brains, which has greatly expanded my skill set and my perspective.

My journey to becoming a Senior Quality Analyst at Techment Technology has been driven by my passion for ensuring software excellence, coupled with Techment’s commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for women in tech.

2. Could you share a personal experience in your journey as a woman in tech at Techment Technology that made you feel empowered and inspired?

Our team encountered several unforeseen difficulties when a crucial project was being developed. I decided to take a fresh approach to the issue, utilizing my distinct viewpoint and analytical abilities. My strategy helped to successfully tackle the problem.

My self-confidence was further strengthened by the support and encouragement I received from my colleagues and supervisors. I understood that in this dynamic atmosphere, my love of technology and commitment to quality could flourish. This experience motivated me to take up new challenges fearlessly and to encourage other women in the tech field.

3. How has Techment Technology supported your growth and development as a female professional in the tech industry?

I was fortunate to have a mentor who guided me through the challenges and provided valuable insights on navigating the tech industry as a woman.
