Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. This role will encompass overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the organization, including Strategic HR initiatives, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, Employee engagement and Retention, designing company policies & processes, and managing HR team & tracking their performance, while ensuring a smooth flow of HR ops within organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment. Additionally, you will also help shape our employer brand strategy in this role. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR Information systems, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees in India and the US.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Work with the senior management to design and implement the strategic vision of the organization.
● Design and implement Company Policies that promote a healthy work environment.
● Handle HR operations for a growing team at India and US.
● Ensure employees’ requests and grievances are addressed in a timely manner
● Oversee and enhance the Talent acquisition/ recruitment processes (IT).
● Assess the pulse of the new joinees to ensure alignment with the organization’s culture
● Monitor HR metrics.
● Organize learning and development programs
● Work collaboratively with the various departments in the organization - Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, IT, Admin
● Represent the organization at various forums
● Establish and maintain connections with the local educational institutions and talent
● Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred
● Proven track record as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT sector
● Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), including payroll systems and ATS
● Deep understanding of HR functions, Labor laws, and HR metrics
● Excellent communication skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Strong Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
● Ability to foster healthy employee relations. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
