Mobile Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Mobile Lead with 10-15 years of experience who possesses a strong technical background in mobile application development and excellent managerial skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading mobile development initiatives, overseeing the technical architecture, and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Define technical architecture and ensure best practices in mobile development, including security, performance, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Implement Agile methodologies and development best practices for efficient project execution.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and ensure code quality and compliance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of mobile security standards, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring mobile development teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Good to have

• Experience in CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps and mobile automation testing frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in mobile apps.
