IT Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Specialist to join our team and drive revenue growth by targeting the US market. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and ultimately closing deals that align with our data-centric IT service
offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients within the US market who
    have a need for our IT services, with a particular focus on data-related solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to formulate
    effective sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and build relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives,
    and other stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the client’s pain points and requirements and effectively communicate
    how our IT services, especially in the data domain, can address their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and
    sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, technical, and delivery
    teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement of our
    services and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in sales hunting for an IT services
    company, with a strong track record of success in the US market.
  • Data Domain Expertise: Knowledge of data-related IT services, data analytics, business intelligence,
    and data management is highly advantageous.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect
    with senior-level executives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet sales
    targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT services, emerging technologies, and trends in the IT industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
