AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI

Job Description

As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative models and solutions that drive key product features and
innovations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI systems that deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and
generative models will be crucial in helping us push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on Generative AI solutions and RAG Architectures.
● Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for model training and deployment.
● Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
● Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and tools.
● Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to identify opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
● Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
● Lead the technical vision and direction for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth.
● Conduct thorough tests and experiments on machine learning models to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.
● Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
● Ensure compliance with best practices in data privacy and security.

Skills

● Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, and deep learning technologies.
● Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
● Experience with cloud computing platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud , Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Familiarity with data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering techniques. 
● Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
● Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and other advanced AI methodologies.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
● Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
● Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
● Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages such as C++ or Java.
● Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models to production.
● Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Certifications in AI/ML and Generative AI are a plus.
