UX Designer – Design System (C2C)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Design Systems to join our dynamic Design System team. This role supports multiple enterprise product redesigns and platform migrations across a suite of complex digital experiences. You’ll be working as part of Experience Design & Research (EDR) – a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional, accessible, and user-centered experiences for clients, prospects, and employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the scaling and evolution of the *** Design System across enterprise products. 

• Maintain and grow shared asset libraries and reusable pattern components. 

• Ensure best practices and accessibility standards are met across all design outputs. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Research to ensure successful implementation of design components. 

• Support product redesign initiatives with systemized UI/UX solutions. 

• Advocate for a design system-first mindset across the organization. 

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with 2+ years working on or with Design Systems. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design system contributions and user-centered design solutions. 

• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility best practices. 

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 

• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Passion for creating inclusive, accessible, and scalable design experiences. 

Good to have

• Experience working on enterprise-level products. 

• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks or code collaboration. 

• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers on design system adoption.
