1. How has your role evolved since you first joined the company?

Since I first joined Techment as a Technology Consultant, my role has undergone a remarkable evolution, presenting me with incredible opportunities for growth and learning, particularly as a woman in technology.

The company’s culture, which values diversity and promotes equal opportunities, encourages me to participate in cross-functional teams & collaborate with my colleagues. This exposure helped me gain confidence to engage in strategic discussions with clients and senior stakeholders.

2. What do you think contributed most to your career progression at Techment?

Techment embraces & provides fair opportunities to everyone & for me, this has opened doors to various opportunities allowing me to take on more significant responsibilities and expand my skill sets.

I was supported by mentors who believed in my abilities and provided guidance that has given me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and learn new things. I used these opportunities to learn and grow stronger, proving that gender should never be a barrier to success in the tech industry.

3. What advice would you give to aspiring candidates about navigating their careers?

I would advise aspiring techies to take on challenging assignments and stretch their strengths that can accelerate their career growth. Embrace such opportunities as they arise, as they can lead to significant personal and professional development.

Also, building a strong network within and outside the company opens doors to new opportunities and collaborations.
