Can you share your ‘Techment’s experience thus far?

Hi, I am Shyamal; I am Project Manager at Techment. Techment has proven that one can find equal growth opportunities and work exposure, similar to tier-1 cities while experiencing higher levels of work satisfaction without the hassle. The organization has allowed me to stay close to my family. It has indeed improved my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience!

How would you describe your experience working as a Project Manager at Techment?

As a Project Manager, I need to deal with complex endeavors now and then and bring successful outcomes. Sticking with the company’s values & commitment to time is something I am expected to bring out, but all these are only possible with determinant team members.

Thankfully, with supportive leadership and a collaborative approach to every project, I have a team of young talents who possess a remarkable blend of creativity and receptiveness.

This helps me build trust, communicate effectively, and provide strategic guidance to ensure every project reaches its full potential.

What motivated you to come back to your hometown?

Having lived in Hyderabad, I realized I couldn’t make time for my family, especially my daughter. Regrettably, my busy schedule precluded my participation in her life’s significant milestones.

I then had an opportunity to join Techment Technology which allowed me to stay with my family. When I returned to my hometown, Bhilai, I was skeptical about the small town’s slow growth pace. Techment has proven to be a real paradise for learning new languages and technologies.
