What is your Techment Story?

Hi, I am Domeshwari, and this is my Techment Story!

I joined Techment as a fresher five years back and right from the beginning it was evident that I will enjoy the culture that celebrates constant evolution and learning. Like me, you would love the fun-filled learning sessions here called ‘Learning Saturdays’ where we all get together to learn and discover new technologies.

What have you learned as a Senior Software Engineer at Techment?

Over the years, I have learned various new technologies, and most significantly, I got opportunities to explore, learn, and experiment. For an IT professional, it is important to get exposure to diverse technologies and different domains of work. Thankfully, I am always given a free hand in achieving my goals, which has helped me emerge as a confident software engineer.

Also, my efforts have been recognized and appreciated by the management. I won the Çlient Appreciation Award and Long Service Award,’ motivating me to perform even better.

My journey has been amazing, and full of growth and upskilling. Thank you Techment!
